Execute With Precision.
Build With Purpose.

We're looking for field professionals who take ownership of safety, execution, and quality on the nation's most demanding data center projects.

How We Work

Safety Isn't a Box We Check.
It's How We Execute.

Every Javelin professional — from apprentice to project manager — operates within a safety culture built on authority, discipline, and relentless preparation.

Stop-Work Authority

Every crew member has the unquestioned authority — and obligation — to stop any task that deviates from the safe work plan. No exceptions, no repercussions.

Daily Job Hazard Analysis

Every shift begins with a formal JHA — identifying risks, verifying controls, and ensuring every team member understands the plan before tools are touched.

OSHA-Compliant Training

All field personnel complete OSHA 30-hour construction training as a baseline. Role-specific and site-specific training is layered on top — never skipped, never abbreviated.

Mobilization-Ready, Scalable Crews

We deploy fully equipped, self-sufficient crews that scale with project phase — from small-bore flushing teams to multi-shift commissioning support. No warm-up period required.

Field Execution of Engineered Plans

We don't freelance. Every task — from chemical dosing to pipe fabrication — follows engineered procedures reviewed before execution. Discipline is our competitive advantage.

Quality Owned at the Crew Level

Inspection isn't someone else's job. Every Javelin field professional is accountable for the quality of their own work — documented, verified, and signed off before handoff.

If you believe safety is a prerequisite, not a Priority-of-the-Month — we want to hear from you.

"In our world, safety isn't a slogan and quality isn't a checklist. They're the difference between a system that starts clean and one that fails at commissioning."
